The most effective element getting me out of bed lately is understanding that this Sunshine in a Bottle Lemon Smoothie is only a few minutes away once I get downstairs. I even set my blender up at the counter the night time earlier than, so I’m all geared up to head. And as you already know, lemon is my preferred flavor, so it’s form of like I’m waking as much as my preferred food.

Every unmarried aspect in this smoothie (well, except the ice) is engineered for maximal bright, zingy taste and health blessings. That’s right, I engineered this smoothie. My husband is a mechanical engineer, and I’m a meals engineer.
